We collect and process your personal information to contact you to understand your family or children’s requirements and deliver services accordingly. For this purpose, we will collect contact details, including:

Your Rights to Access, amend or delete to information

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we have on record. Please note that any such access request may be subject to payment of a legally allowable fee as prescribed by the PAIA Act and the Human Rights Commission of South Africa.

Your Rights to the Correction of your information

You have the right to request any updates, corrections or deletions of your personal information. We will require a copy of your ID document to confirm your identity before changing your personal information we have on record. We would appreciate it if you would keep your personal information accurate.

Definition of personal information

According to the Act, ‘‘personal information’’ means information relating to an identifiable, living, natural person and, applicable, an identifiable, existing juristic person.
